Your responsibilities:
What do we expect from you?

- You will form the company's sales strategy and goals, improve processes and take care of their implementation;
- You will lead the team - set clear KPIs, motivate and help achieve the set results;
- You will support and expand the customer base: conduct negotiations, negotiate contracts and approve commercial offers, projects and estimates;
- You will visit ships and their shipyards and factories, participate in solving problems together with customers and the Izoton technical team;
- You will cooperate with other teams in planning and implementing sales initiatives.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of sales team management and active business development experience. An advantage if you have gained this experience in the shipbuilding or repair sector;
- Higher or higher education in engineering, business management or similar fields;
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (level B2). Knowledge of Russian would be a big plus;
- Category B driver's license;
- Strategic approach and ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
- Willingness to lead the team by example and initiative.
