JOB DESCRIPTION
Development, implementation, control and analysis of sales strategies;
Monitoring market trends and the competitive environment;
Maintaining and developing relations with existing clients and business partners in Lithuania and abroad;
Planning, implementation, control and analysis of sales development in Lithuania and foreign markets;
Conducting negotiations, preparing commercial offers, concluding cooperation agreements;
Representing the company in Lithuanian and international markets.

Employee requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Higher education;
At least 3 years of managerial experience in sales;
Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (other languages are an advantage);
Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills and results orientation;
Ability to travel in Lithuania and abroad;
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
Category B driver's license.
