- Develop and implement the company's sales and export strategy.
- Actively search for new B2B customers in Lithuania and foreign markets.
- Develop relationships with existing customers, developers, contractors.
- Conduct commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and coordinate the conclusion of contracts.
- Form sales plans, forecasts and monitor their implementation.
- Manage the sales process from the first contact to the transfer of the order to the project and production team.
- Assess the profitability, pricing, margins and commercial risks of projects.
- Analyze markets, competitors and new business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, meetings and business trips.
- Contribute to the formation of the sales team and the organization of its work.
Employee requirements
- Successful experience in B2B sales or sales manager position.
- Experience working with export markets and foreign customers.
- Ability to independently attract new customers and establish long-term business relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication and project coordination skills.
- Commercial thinking and ability to assess not only sales volume, but also project profitability.
- Ability to create sales processes, plan results and work according to clear indicators.
- Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage.
- Willingness to go on business trips and meet with customers.
- Experience in furniture, interior, construction, manufacturing or project sales would be a great advantage.
