Nature of work
We are looking for a Sales Manager for the small market, who will help strengthen the positions of KAR KAR and DIONE ice cream in the Lithuanian market.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Active sales to small market customers and small retail chains: presentation of products and new assortment, preparation of commercial offers, conclusion of contracts and increase in sales volumes.
- Initiation, planning and implementation of sales promotion campaigns, aiming to increase turnover, profitability and shelf share.
- Negotiations with customers on pricing, assortment, promotions and terms of cooperation.
- Regular customer and market audits (trips): control of compliance with agreements, monitoring of pricing, identification of sales opportunities.
- Implementation of sales strategy in the small market segment, achievement of personal and company sales goals.
- Analysis of sales results, competitor actions and ice cream market trends, making suggestions for sales growth.

- At least 1 year of experience in sales, working with small market clients or retail chains.
- Ability to independently plan work, manage the sales process and achieve set goals.
- Good negotiation and communication skills, orientation towards building long-term relationships.
- Analytical thinking, ability to assess the market situation and make data-based decisions.
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate with other departments.
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
- Category B driver's license (work related to driving).

The remuneration depends on competence and results. For achieved or exceeded targets, a motivation bonus of up to 30% of the basic salary may be awarded.
