Sales Manager (International Manufacturing Company)

Kyocera Unimerco Tooling is an international manufacturer and supplier of high-precision and quality industrial tools. The company operates in 15 countries around the world, and has a production unit in Lithuania and ensures long-term relationships with the largest industrial companies. The main PREMIUM product groups - cutting, measuring and fastening tools - are valued for their accuracy, efficiency and comprehensive technical support. The company is currently recruiting a sales manager.

• To form and implement a sales strategy in the Baltic States and other foreign markets,

working with top-level industrial clients.

• To lead the team, ensure its development, motivation and growth of results. The team consists of

9 people.

• To develop sales of premium products and international market development in different

segments and ensure effective sales management (KPI, margin, processes).

• To maintain and develop relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• To ensure close and constructive cooperation with engineering and other related

departments.

• To cooperate with the parent company operating in Denmark.

• Salary: €2,700 gross salary and stable bonuses. With bonuses, the salary can be

from €5,400 gross.

• At least 3 years of experience in the B2B segment, selling technical or engineering

solutions/products.

• Successful management experience in sales.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, ability to systematically manage activities.
• Proactivity, responsibility and result orientation.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Advantage – experience in engineering, manufacturing or woodworking.
