Sales Manager

To form and implement a sales strategy, prepare plans and control their implementation.
To lead regional managers, set goals and evaluate their work results.
To analyze sales, profitability, labor productivity and other performance indicators.
To organize and control the activities of retail outlets, audits and elimination of identified deficiencies.
To ensure compliance with product layout, prices, promotions, customer service, hygiene and food safety standards.
To provide proposals for improving store operations and expanding the retail network.

Workplace in Telšiai

At least a higher non-university education.
You have managerial work experience in retail or sales.
You are able to lead a team, set goals, motivate employees and achieve results.
You have strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
You are well-versed in retail processes and key performance indicators.
You are able to work with MS Office programs; knowledge of Rivilė or other business management systems would be an advantage.
You have a category B driver's license and can visit stores most of the working time.
