PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Develop and implement the department's sales strategy that meets long-term business goals;
- Set sales team goals and performance indicators and ensure their achievement;
- Ensure active search and attraction of new customers, as well as sales growth from existing customers;
- Analyze market needs, monitor the competitive environment and initiate appropriate actions;
- Analyze sales indicators, improve sales planning and ensure effective cooperation with the production department by providing sales forecasts and marketing departments by creating sales campaigns;
- Represent the interests of the company in cooperation with external partners, ensure the efficiency of their services.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Analytical, business-oriented thinking;
- Activity, involvement, goal-oriented;
- Planning, organizational skills;
- Experience in leading a sales team;
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and retail sectors;
- Working with large retail chains would be an advantage;
- Higher education;
- Good knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage.
