Monthly salary: €4,850.00 - €7,270.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop the company's sales strategy and action plans and ensure their implementation
- Ensure an effective sales process for the company's products and services, develop the customer portfolio, increase sales volumes and contribute to the implementation of the company's strategic goals
- Analyze the market, customer needs, market trends, the company's economic and other indicators
- Coordinate interests with related parties, conduct strategic negotiations with internal/external customers
- Resolve issues with suppliers regarding non-compliance with quality parameters of services, materials, contract work and spare parts, and warranty periods
- Lead the sales team, motivating and enabling them to achieve ambitious growth goals, ensuring continuous improvement and growth. Promote a culture of results and focus on actions

- Long-term successful work experience in the areas of business development, project management, business development implementation
- Ability to notice new business opportunities and realize them
- Strategic, structured thinking, orientation towards results and implementation of change
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, problem-solving skills

- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent Lithuanian and English skills (C1 level)
