What will be the responsibilities?
- To formulate and implement Finėjas Group's sales strategy, transforming it into clear team priorities and results.
- To lead a team of about 15 people - to set clear goals, develop people, strengthen their competencies and responsibility for the result.
- To grow sales - to develop the portfolio of existing customers, strengthen strategic partnerships and seek new business opportunities.
- To manage key sales indicators, budget and forecasts, making decisions based on data and market insights.
- To continuously improve sales processes and team work principles, aiming for greater efficiency and better customer experience.
- To search for and apply technology, automation and AI solutions that help the team work smarter and more efficiently.
- To actively cooperate with other departments of Finėjas Group, aiming for common business goals and sustainable growth.
What do we expect?
- Successful B2B sales and team management experience – ability to mobilize, develop people and achieve results together with the team (experience in the transport and logistics sector is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of modern B2B sales principles – from new business development to strategic customer management.
- Strategic and analytical thinking – ability to see the broader business context, work with sales indicators and data and translate them into concrete actions.
- Curiosity about technology and innovation – understanding how automation, data and AI can help the team work more efficiently.
- Initiative and growth mindset – willingness to seek new opportunities, raise questions and change what can be done better.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build long-term relationships with customers and effectively collaborate within the organization.
- Good English language skills necessary for working in an international environment.
