Currently, Aljansas Aibė, UAB is looking for a Sales Manager in the Commerce Department who would provide a new growth direction to the accumulated experience of the Aibė network - encourage the attraction of customers to stores, strengthen sales of potential and strategic categories, and open up new product distribution opportunities.
Nature of work
- Development and implementation of sales strategy in the Aibe network;
- Competitor and market analysis;
- Sales organization, pricing formation and profitability management;
- Planning and organization of Aibe's promotions publication. Implementation of KPIs for promotional products;
- Other sales promotions for stores and gas stations;
- Development of loyalty cards and customer mobile applications;
- Development of a marketing revenue plan and ensuring its collection;
- Management of a 4-person sales team: team development and responsibility for team results;
- Strengthening active B2B and B2C sales and searching for new business opportunities;
- Improving sales processes and ensuring their effective management;
- Ensuring smooth work with other departments.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (preferably in economics, business management or commerce);
- Experience in the retail sector is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills, commercial thinking and result orientation;
- Ability to analyze sales results, work with KPIs, see strategic direction and ensure its practical implementation;
- Experience in sales planning, pricing and profitability management;
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs;
- Initiative, ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility;
