We invite a brave, proactive and persistent active sales manager to join our team of professionals, who will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating the team, working directly with large customers, forecasting sales, reporting, etc.

NATURE OF WORK:
- Active sales of truck service services to Lithuanian and foreign logistics companies.
- Development and implementation of sales strategy.
- Management and motivation of the team (managers).
- Direct work with large customers, their retention.
- Meetings with customers both in the office and during visits, solving problem situations, working with CRM.
- Smooth coordination of contracts, conclusion, preparation of commercial offers, working with the company's business management system Optimum.
- Sales forecasting, reporting.
- Other tasks assigned by the director.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- Have successful sales/management experience.
- Knowledge of heavy transport structure, technical knowledge - MANDATORY.
- Have experience working in B2B.
- Be able to communicate easily and professionally and have excellent negotiation skills, quick orientation.
- Have good computer skills.
- Knowledge of car service and/or logistics markets.
- Know foreign languages (MANDATORY - English, Russian, knowledge of other foreign languages - Polish, German - a great advantage).
- Have a category B driver's license.
