We are looking for a Sales Manager who is knowledgeable about heavy transport, able to build long-term relationships with business customers, and knows how to grow sales.
🔧 What will we entrust to you?
- Sales of truck service services to Lithuanian and foreign logistics companies
- Development and implementation of sales strategy
- Organization of the work of the sales team, setting goals and motivating them
- Work with large customers - from the first meeting to long-term cooperation
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts
- Analysis, forecasting and preparation of reports on sales results
- Resolution of customer situations and smooth work with internal systems
🎯 What do we expect from you?
Successful sales and management experience, B2B sales knowledge and the ability to communicate and negotiate professionally.
The most important thing is technical knowledge of heavy transport. Knowledge of English and Russian is also required, and Polish or German would be an additional advantage. A category B driver's license is required.
