WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THIS POSITION?

The company is entering a new stage of strategic growth. We are strengthening our sales strategy, expanding sales channels, developing new export directions and participating in exhibitions and business events. We are looking for a Sales Manager:
  • a strategist who sees sales opportunities and is able to shape them in both Lithuanian and foreign markets;
  • a leader who works together with his own - monitors, teaches, leads, inspires (does not administer, but grows).

OXYGEN sales - the story of more than one segment. This is a strategic, multi-layered market, where work is simultaneously carried out with completely different clients and different sales channels:

Developers and contractors - the largest developers of apartment buildings in the country, falling into the TOP 5, for whom recuperation is an added value of housing. Personal meetings, long-term annual contracts, project evaluation. This requires strategic thinking and direct involvement at the highest level.

New home builders – private house builders, for whom it is important to understand the benefits of recuperation, energy saving and a healthy microclimate. Selling additional benefits, consulting, building trust.

Installers – professionals who recommend products to their customers. Knowledge of technical advantages, loyalty program, fast service.

Wholesale and retail – distributors and stores, for whom the advantages of the assortment, added value and sales support are important. Negotiations on terms, supply logistics.

Export markets – OXYGEN products are already sold in the European Union through international distributor networks. This direction has huge growth potential – a strategic approach is needed to expand the network, identify new markets and create a long-term export strategy.

Each segment has its own language, its own specifics of the negotiation situation and its own sales cycle. You need someone who is able to simultaneously think at a strategic level, see the full picture of the sales field, and work alongside managers in real-world situations - meetings, calls, and negotiations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— To form and implement OXYGEN’s sales strategy in all segments – from developers and settlers to wholesale, retail and export markets. To create a clear vision for each direction with measurable goals.

— To lead the sales team as a coach – to set clear KPIs, to monitor, analyze and constantly improve managers’ conversations and meetings, to model sales situations and to develop the team. You will develop through practice – you will go to meetings together, improve your sales language, listen to calls, model situations. Not through theory, but through real work nearby.

— To develop relationships with large developers and strategic customers through personal efforts – this is not a delegated position. First meetings with the largest customers.

— To develop export directions – to identify new markets, expand the distributor network abroad, to create a long-term export development strategy. OXYGEN products are already sold in the EU – a new task is to turn this direction into a systematic growth engine.

— Improve the sales process for each segment – from the first contact to a long-term contract. Clear structure, what happens at each step, what arguments work, what questions to ask.

— Analyze sales results and forecast turnover – work and speak “in numbers” (PowerBI), not in hunches. React to deviations in time. Strategic analysis: what works, what doesn’t, where to change direction.

— Cooperate with marketing and product development team – ensure that the market message meets customer expectations and sales reality.

— Prepare commercial offers and participate in negotiation processes – clear evaluation structure, professional presentation, accurate assessment of needs.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM CANDIDATES

— Strategic and systematic thinking, analytical skills – not to perform tasks, but to make fact-based decisions, sales opportunities.

— Leadership experience – real, proven by practical examples, experience in developing your team and helping it achieve set goals (not theoretical training), standardization, improvement of sales processes.

— At least 3 years of experience in the B2B segment, of which at least 1-2 years in leading a team with clear results.

— Experience working with several customer segments at the same time – not one type of sales, but the ability to successfully use and adapt different negotiation styles and respond to different customer needs.

— Strong negotiation, argumentation and relationship building skills with customers.

— Professional English language experience.

— Driving skills (category B driver's license)

A strong advantage:

— Experience in the HVAC field (recuperation, air conditioning, heat pumps) – understanding of product specifics, management of technical arguments, knowledge of HVAC market dynamics.

— Experience working with real estate developers or construction companies – understanding how decisions are made in the context of large projects.

— Export sales experience – searching for international distributors, international negotiations, development of foreign markets.

— Experience in creating a distributor or partnership network (wholesale, retail).

Salary and bonuses. Up to €6,000/month (excluding taxes). The indicated amount consists of a fixed part and monthly bonuses, depending on the team and personal results.
