Requirements:
- Has experience in the field of sales (advantage – automotive or similar industry).
- Likes to interact with customers and is able to establish rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation skills and strives for the best results.
- Is organized, responsible and goal oriented.
- Understands the specifics of the used car market or wants to quickly improve in it.
- Speaks in Lithuanian; English and/or Russian would be an advantage.
Nature of work
- You will actively communicate with customers, advise them and help them choose the most suitable car.
- You will represent the company in the sales process, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- You will prepare car offers and conclude purchase-sale transactions.
- You will achieve personal and company sales goals by analyzing market trends.
- You will contribute to the creation of the company's image, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust
