We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to contribute to the further growth and sales development of the company.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to contribute to the further growth and sales development of the company.
Nature of work:
- Ensure the implementation of sales plans and take responsibility for the overall team results.
- Organize the daily work of the sales team, set priorities and ensure compliance with agreements and work standards.
- Analyze sales KPIs, conversions and other performance indicators, identify problems and make decisions to improve results.
- Actively engage in the most complex negotiations and help the team successfully close strategically important deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, project management and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer experience.
We believe that you:
- You have at least five years of successful experience in leading a sales team.
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- You have experience in B2C and/or B2B sales. We will consider experience in leading an active telephone sales team as a great advantage.
- You have strong negotiation skills and, if necessary, can be involved in closing strategically important deals.
- You have an excellent understanding of sales KPIs, conversions and sales stage management, and you base your decisions on data.
- You are result-oriented, make decisions quickly and take responsibility for the results achieved by the team.
- You know how to develop strong salespeople, recognize their potential and help the team achieve higher results.
- You set high standards for yourself and the team and always strive not only to participate, but also to win.
