We are a real estate development company and we are looking for an assistant sales manager to join our team.
We are looking for a sociable, organized and proactive person who would help the sales manager in daily activities, contribute to a smooth sales process and professional communication with clients.
Experience in the field of real estate is not necessary. Experience in customer service, sales or a similar field would be an advantage.
What you will do:

What you will do:
- You will help the sales manager organize daily work, meetings and other processes;
- You will communicate with existing and potential clients by phone, e-mail and in person;
- You will answer initial client inquiries and direct them to responsible colleagues;
- You will coordinate client meetings and presentations of objects;
- You will prepare information, proposals and other sales materials necessary for clients;
- You will administer sales-related documents;
- You will collect and constantly update information about customers and sales progress;
- You will help ensure smooth communication between customers, the sales manager and other departments of the company;
- You will perform other daily administrative tasks of the sales team.

- Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage;
- Experience in the field of real estate is not necessary;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Knowledge of English and Russian;
- Correct written and spoken Lithuanian;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Organization and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Initiative and independence;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb new information.
