💼What does a work day look like:
You will be the first point of contact for customers – you will accept incoming inquiries by phone and e-mail, consult about solar power plants, energy storage systems and other our solutions and ensure clear, professional and pleasant communication.
You will be the greatest support to the sales manager and coordinate existing projects from contract signing to project implementation.
You will prepare commercial offers and contracts for solar power plants, energy storage systems and accompany them with a warm call.
You will provide warranty and post-warranty service for implemented projects.
You will assist customers with all ESO, APVA and LEA issues of concern.
