Nature of work
You will work for one of the largest Lithuanian structural steel supply companies and your duties will include:
- Prepare and enter offers and orders;
- Communicate with customers by phone, e-mail and sometimes in person;
- Check stock levels in the warehouse, coordinate order fulfillment;
- Prepare reports for managers;
- Organize and assist in preparing sales materials;
- Maintain order in documentation and archive sales-related documents;
- Other support work related to the activities of the sales team.
Employee requirements
Our team needs a diligent, responsible and people-loving team member to help sales managers in their daily work. We invite people who:
- Have a university or higher education or are about to graduate,
- Know how to work with a computer (MS Office),
- Know English well, knowledge of Russian would be an advantage,
- Are active, proactive and responsible,
- Want to learn, improve and contribute to a common goal.
