Nature of work
- Sales process management with existing customers and smaller new customers;
- Working mainly with foreign customers;
- Daily support of the sales team (order coordination and administration, documentation preparation, price calculations, other administrative tasks related to sales activities);
- Participation in international exhibitions and assistance in organizing them;
- Data entry and updating in internal systems;
- Preparation of reports and assistance with sales data;
- Cooperation with production, logistics and other departments;
- Possibility to work from home part of the time.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Similar work experience in sales or B2B customer service is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word; Rivilė - an advantage);
- Driver's license;
- Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, ability to work independently and ability to work with a large flow of information
