Your daily activities at work would be:
Preparation of estimates and commercial offers – calculating product costs and prices, collecting information from other departments and preparing offers for customers.
Sales administration – administering customer inquiries, coordinating daily customer issues, administering contracts and customer-related documentation, filling out customer questionnaires.
Working with the CRM system – entering and updating customer information, registering inquiries, monitoring their status and progress.
Preparation of sales reports and data analysis – preparing reports on sales, orders, outgoing production and other indicators.
Transferring received orders to the project team – collecting the necessary information and documentation and ensuring smooth transfer.

Higher education;
Successful experience in sales, estimating, pricing, preparing commercial offers, etc.;
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM, etc.);
Willingness to learn and improve both in a team and independently;
Ability to work consistently and systematically, without losing attention to details;
Responsibility, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing tasks.
