YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active search for new clients in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and maintaining relations with existing clients;
- Conducting negotiations, preparing individual commercial offers;
- Order administration and sales data analysis;
- Market monitoring, competitive environment analysis and search for new sales opportunities;
- Cooperation with colleagues to ensure a smooth sales process.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales (advantage – B2B sector or construction materials trade);
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to make independent decisions;
- Result orientation and motivation to achieve high sales figures;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems – an advantage);
- Knowledge of English and Russian – an advantage;
- Driver's license (category B).
