Requirements:
You have experience in sales (automotive sector is an advantage, but not a necessity; results are more important than CV).
You are independent, not afraid of responsibility and do not wait for instructions for every step.

Nature of work
You will take responsibility for the sales results of the Kaunas branch - plans, conversions, personal discipline.
You will ensure that each client receives fast and professional service - from inquiry to contract.
You will work with the CRM system and numbers: measure, analyze, correct.
