We are a supplier of car service equipment - we sell, install and service lifts, tire mounting and balancing machines, compressors, diagnostic and other service equipment. We have been operating since 2001, based in Kaunas, Ateities pl. 30G.

Nature of work
- Visiting customers throughout Lithuania – meetings at car service stations, not in the office. You will spend about 60–70% of your time on the road.
- Maintaining existing customers and searching for new ones. Some of the calls will be to those who have not heard of us yet.
- Clarifying needs – you look for where the service is hurting and offer a solution, not a catalog.
- Consulting about products: purpose, technical data, quality, maintenance, price.
- Preparing, presenting and leading offers to the transaction.
- Working with CRM – customer history, transaction progress, plan.

- Clear sales process and CRM – you won’t work from leaflets and memory.
- Work with the highest quality equipment – we represent recognized manufacturers, you won’t have to justify the product.
- Internal training with a trainer and product training at manufacturers.
- Technical support – when a client asks a difficult question, you have someone to call.
- Salary: fixed part + bonuses based on the result. For the first 9 months, 1200–2500 € in hand, depending on experience and sales.
- There is no ceiling. Whoever sells, earns – 3000 € and more is realistic.
- For those with experience, the starting salary is discussed individually.
