We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking for someone who is able not only to sell, but also to build relationships, represent the organization and grow with it.

Nature of work

By joining our team, you will:

  • Work with business (B2B), public sector (B2G) companies
  • You will initiate contact yourself, look for new opportunities and expand your customer base
  • You will represent the company in meetings and negotiations
  • You will analyze customer needs and offer solutions that create real value
  • You will manage the entire sales process - from the first contact to the signing of the contract
  • You will build and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • You will follow the progress of offers, maintain consistent communication and ensure professional customer service
  • You will work according to an effective sales strategy, processes and goals
  • You will constantly improve your sales, negotiation and communication skills through internal training, internships and feedback

Employee requirements

We hope that you:
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in active sales (B2B and/or B2G)
  • Are able to independently manage the sales process from the first contact to the agreement
  • Are not afraid to call, write, initiate contact and “open the door”
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Are able to understand the client’s need and offer a solution, not “just sell”
  • You like a dynamic work pace and feel good in an active environment
  • Are result-oriented, responsible and able to maintain a high pace
  • Want to grow, learn and become part of a strong organization
  • Have a category B driver’s license

This position is for someone who wants to act, grow and take responsibility.
