What will you contribute to the team?
- Actively develop sales in the B2B segment (metal products, semi-finished products, structural elements).
- Search for and establish long-term relationships with new customers in Lithuania.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, understand their needs and offer the most suitable solutions.
- Identify development opportunities and sales potential.
- Participate in pricing, proposal preparation and negotiation processes.
Expectations for the candidate
- Experience in sales of metal products or metal processing services (in the B2B segment).
- Already existing customer base or ability to quickly create one.
- Understand technical aspects of products.
- Negotiation, analytical and planning skills.
- Focus on results and creating added value for the customer.
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum or sheet steel products.
- Engineering or technical education.
- Ability to work with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of foreign languages.
