What will you contribute to the team?
- Actively develop sales in the B2B segment (metal products, semi-finished products, structural elements).
- Search for and establish long-term relationships with new customers in Lithuania.
- Identify development opportunities and sales potential.
- Participate in pricing, proposal preparation and negotiation processes.
Expectations for the candidate
- Experience in sales of metal products or metal processing services (B2B segment).
- Ability to quickly create a base of potential customers.
- Negotiation and planning skills.
- Orientation towards results and creating added value for the customer.
- Ability to work with CRM systems would be an advantage.
