The company is growing and investing in a sales team. We are forming a professional sales group, which will be managed by an experienced sales manager-trainer. His task is to develop the team's competencies, conduct negotiation practices, analyze each transaction and help you become a stronger seller. What will you do?
— You will work with business (B2B) clients – from the first contact to the signing of the contract.
— You will initiate contact yourself, look for new opportunities and expand the circle of clients.
— You will conduct meetings at the facilities: you will present ARBORA, inspect the facility, prepare a commercial offer.
— You will argue the price and conduct negotiations.
— You will build long-term relationships and develop partnerships with existing clients.
— You will record contacts in CRM, track the progress of offers, maintain follow-up discipline.
— You will work according to a clear sales strategy with specific goals and KPIs.

— Category B driver's license.
