You will be responsible for:
- Active B2B sales by phone and in meetings;
- You will consult with customers on coffee and machine selection, share coffee stories and preparation secrets;
- You will respond to incoming inquiries, clarify customer needs and make suggestions;
- You will organize tastings, introduce customers to products, negotiate and sign contracts;
- Care for existing customers, support communication, introduce and advise on new products, maintain friendly relations;
We expect from you:
- Experience in active B2B sales and customer service;
- Love of coffee, maybe you have already worked in a cafe or restaurant with it;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Responsibility, initiative, organization and goal-oriented;
- Similar work experience would be an advantage;
