Nature of work
- Actively seek and attract new B2B customers.
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with customers (by phone, email, during meetings and other communication channels).
- Analyze customer needs, prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations and successfully complete sales transactions.
- Participate in public procurement processes: analyze procurement conditions, prepare and submit proposals.
- Analyze the market, identify new business opportunities and propose sales development solutions.
- Cooperate with the team to achieve common company goals.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of active B2B sales experience.
- Experience in healthcare, medicine, pharmacy or wellness would be an advantage.
- Experience working with pharmacies, medical institutions or participating in public procurement is a great advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and achieve results.
- Strategic thinking, initiative and orientation towards business growth.
- Category B driver's license.
