Job description
- Active search for new B2B clients in Lithuanian and mainly foreign markets;
- Working with new clients, building long-term relationships;
- Analysis of client needs and preparation of commercial offers;
- Coordination and administration of orders;
- Working with CRM system (Odoo) – recording client information, actions and sales;
- Cooperation with internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales;
- Good knowledge of English (other languages – an advantage);
- Initiative, independence, result-oriented;
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose solutions;
- Good time management and communication skills;
- Technical acumen or willingness to deepen it (an advantage);
- Carefulness and attention to detail.
Salary and benefits
- FROM €2,000* gross fixed salary, and motivational bonuses for each client found and for each sale from day one.
