🌲 What will you do in the team?
- Coordinate conference and event bookings from inquiry to successful implementation;
- Communicate with business and individual clients by phone, email and in person;
- Prepare proposals, administer orders, issue invoices and oversee the payment process;
- Conduct additional sales and offer clients solutions that meet their needs;
- Ensure the preparation of conference rooms and the smooth running of events during them;
- Resolve emerging situations and work closely with other departments of the sanatorium;
- Represent the sanatorium at events, fairs and conferences and contribute to sales growth initiatives.

- Experience in organizing events, conferences or customer service;
- Ability to plan your time, prioritize tasks and organize work effectively;
- Excellent communication, cooperation and negotiation skills;
- Result-oriented, proactive and responsible approach to work;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, quickly respond to situations and solve problems;
- Flexibility, reliability and high customer service culture;
- Category B driver's license.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country.
