Nature of work
Duties:
- Accept incoming calls and advise customers about our product range.
- Work with hot and warm customer base: help customers choose the most suitable product and make sales.
- Increase the average order value by offering customers related products (cross-sell / up-sell).
- Maintain communication history and record relevant data in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and offer them individually tailored solutions.
Employee requirements
Candidate requirements:
- Knowledge of Lithuanian at B2–C2 level (fluent communication).
- Sales experience would be a great advantage, but if you don't have it - we will teach you everything!
- Properly equipped workplace: computer or laptop, stable internet connection and quality hands-free equipment (headphones with microphone).
