Nature of work

💼 What will you do every day?

  • Actively seek new clients – both through cold calling and using LinkedIn or networking events;
  • Convert inquiries generated by the company's marketing teams into successful sales;
  • Develop and implement a personal sales strategy – you will have the freedom to find what works;
  • Negotiate, prepare offers, negotiate terms and sign new contracts;
  • Work together with our finance team – to ensure clarity and reliability for the client from the first contact.
  • Use advanced CRM tools and AI assistants.

🎯 What will we measure (KPI)?

  • 5–10 new clients per month (depending on size);
  • 50+ contacts per week – cold calls, emails or other channels;
  • 20–50 commercial offers per month;
  • 20–30% conversion from incoming inquiries;
  • 4-week average sales cycle from first contact to contract;
  • 300+ EUR/month average customer value;
  • 20–40% of sales – from personally generated contacts.

Employee requirements

🎯 Suitable if you:

  • Have B2B sales experience (financial services – an advantage);
  • Know how to actively generate sales, not just wait for inquiries;
  • Are able to clearly argue the benefits and close the sale;
  • You like goals, KPIs are not an obstacle for you, but a game;
  • You are a good organizer, time planning and CRM are tools for you, not brakes;
  • Have analytical thinking – you understand the client's need and find a solution.
