Sales Manager

We are looking for an active sales professional who would contribute to the company's business development and search for new customers. This is a position for people who like to initiate contacts, look for new opportunities and grow sales.

About the position
This position will combine the development of sales projects, search for customers and identification of new market opportunities, focusing on foreign markets.

Main responsibilities

• Identification of growth opportunities and new sales solutions
• Search for potential customers and establish contacts (calls, letters)
• Assistance in preparing sales and presentation materials for foreign markets
• Participation in business development initiatives and development of new projects

Requirements

• Experience in sales, project management or business development
• Ability to independently initiate contacts with potential customers
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Polish - an advantage

Working conditions

• Form of work - employment contract
• Remote work
• Working hours: 8:00–17:00 or 8:30–17:30
• Possibility to go on business trips and meetings in foreign markets

Salary

• Fixed salary from 1300 EUR gross, depending on the candidate's experience
• Bonus system applies, depending on work results
• As sales grow, an attractive and motivating compensation mechanism is provided, allowing for a significant increase in income.
