Nature of work
We are looking for a sales manager for a new business area - fertilizer sales throughout Lithuania, who will responsibly carry out active sales.
- independent work with existing clients and search for new clients;
- company representation at exhibitions, conferences and seminars (in Lithuania and abroad);
- signing contracts, consulting clients;
- preparation of commercial proposals and search for new product sales opportunities;
- initial control of customer payments;
- work with CRM and databases.
Employee requirements
We would like to see in the team a communicative, responsible and goal-oriented colleague who can solve problems flexibly and knows how to work independently. In addition, it is important to us:
- desire and ability to make contacts and communicate with different people;
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, Russian and English must be known at a sufficient level for communication;
- experience in active sales (wider knowledge of marketing (eg: advertising channels, barter, long-term partnership, etc. - an advantage);
- driver's license category B (own car - an advantage);
- diligence and accuracy in performing work tasks;
- desire to grow and improve;
- knowledge of agronomy or work experience in agriculture is an advantage.
