Nature of work
- Sales of professional cosmetics to beauty companies and beauty specialists (the assigned region includes Klaipėda and the Samogitian region);
- Active search for new customers, product presentation, sales;
- Working with existing customers, creating and maintaining long-term relationships focused on meeting the needs of both parties and achieving goals;
- Organizing events and seminars for customers, creating and maintaining a community atmosphere.
Employee requirements
- Higher non-university education;
- Successful active sales experience (work experience working with beauty salons is an advantage);
- Interest in cosmetics, beauty product trends in the world and in Lithuania;
- Positivity, excellent negotiation skills, persuasiveness, ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- Computer literacy;
- Active driving experience.
