We are looking for:
We are looking for an ambitious, proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager to join the Starling Logistics team and actively develop the company's client portfolio in international markets.
Nature of work:
- Active search for new customers in Lithuania and foreign markets, focusing on air freight customers, but also offering other logistics solutions according to customer needs.
- Search for new business opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, other digital platforms, cold calls and other sales channels;
- Building and developing long-term relationships with customers;
- Analysis of customer needs and offering the most suitable logistics solutions;
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts;
- Cooperation with the operations team, ensuring smooth customer service;
- Achievement of sales goals and continuous growth of the customer portfolio;
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of active B2B sales experience in logistics or transport;
- Experience in finding new customers in the field of air freight is an advantage;
- Experience in working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools;
- Ability to independently generate new sales and manage the entire sales process;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;
- Initiative, perseverance and result orientation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This position offers a fixed salary of 1200–1500 €/month (depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses for attracted clients and achieved sales results.
