YOUR DAILY LIFE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full sales cycle management: you will take full responsibility for the customer journey - from the initial identification of technical needs and selection of a solution to the successful closing of the deal and control of invoice payments.
- Active value creation: you will not only wait for inquiries, but also proactively seek new business opportunities in the industrial and transport sectors.
- Expert negotiation: you will prepare commercial offers, manage negotiations on pricing and terms, ensuring maximum benefit for the company.
- Strategic partnership: you will become a bridge between the customer's engineering challenges and Hidrobalt's business goals, ensuring that technical consultation leads to long-term cooperation.
- Achieving results: you will monitor your sales, analyze competitors' actions and react promptly to secure market share.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Technical background: engineering or technical education (for us this is a big advantage).
- B2B experience: successful experience in sales (the technical products segment would be ideal).
- Language skills: excellent knowledge of Lithuanian. Knowledge of English would be an additional advantage when communicating with partners.
- Personal qualities: result-oriented, ability to work independently.
- Category “B” driver’s license.

- Salary: fixed part – €2,500 (gross) + variable bonuses depending on sales results.
