"Laikas Kavai" is a cozy, stable and growing business that has been supplying high-quality coffee, coffee machines and related products for 20 years. Our goal is high-quality and delicious coffee in the customer's cup. We sell and rent coffee machines, take care of their maintenance and repair, and our customer base includes more than 300 long-term partners.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - someone who would like to expand the circle of business clients, establish new partnerships and help more and more companies discover the world of quality coffee.

What position is this?
🤝This is an active sales position, where it is not enough to just prepare an offer and wait for a response. We are looking for someone who loves to communicate, is able to notice sales opportunities and wants to see the result of their work.
💡In everyday life, you will combine the search for new customers, consulting and building long-term relationships. You will communicate with company representatives by phone and in meetings, find out their needs, present coffee and coffee machines, prepare offers, negotiate and seek agreements.
☕You will also organize tastings, introduce customers to our products, take care of existing partners and look for opportunities to offer them even more value. Here, sales start with the first contact, but do not end with the signing of the contract - it is important for us to create partnerships that last for years.

What do we expect from you?
- Have experience in B2B sales, especially selling products to business clients and offices.
- Able to establish contact, find out the client's needs and present a reasoned offer.
- You are proactive, result-oriented and not afraid to take the first step.
- You are organized, responsible and want to constantly improve.
- You love coffee and want to learn more about it.

- €1,900–3,100 gross salary with bonuses, depending on experience and results achieved.
