Your duties
What awaits you:
🔹 Actively sell trucks, semi-trailers and other commercial equipment to Lithuanian and foreign transport and logistics companies;
🔹 Independently develop a customer base and maintain long-term business relationships;
🔹 Consult customers, prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations;
🔹 Implement sales plans and achieve set results;
🔹 Communicate with customers in Russian and English;
🔹 Conduct market analysis and monitor the competitive environment in Lithuania and abroad.

Employee requirements
✅ Experience in sales is required (for transport and logistics companies - an advantage);
✅ Knowledge of foreign languages - Russian and English - is required;
✅ Significant experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management;
✅ Excellent sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills; passion for challenges and strong results orientation.
