Job description
Active search for new clients and work with existing B2B and B2C clients
Consultative sales, negotiations and closing deals
Sales development in Lithuania and foreign markets: negotiations, contract preparation, partner development, organization of visits
Preparation of commercial offers, CRM administration and handling of sales documentation
Company representation at international exhibitions and business events
Order management: problem solving, organization and tracking of partial and full loads
Collaboration with production, marketing, customer service and finance teams, ensuring high quality of customer service

Requirements
Higher education
At least 2 years of experience in sales, working with B2B / B2C clients
Experience in active sales and attracting new clients
Ability to manage the entire sales process - from client search to transaction completion and order fulfillment
Experience in preparing commercial offers and conducting negotiations
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM; "Rivile" - an advantage)
English - at least B2 - C1 level
Strong negotiation, communication and customer management skills, analytical thinking, result orientation and independence
Category B driver's license
