We are looking for an active Sales (Realization) Project Manager who would not only ensure excellent customer experiences, but also proactively encourage B2B and B2C customer engagement.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to form multiple relationships with customers, manage quality service and sales via email, phone, and develop loyalty programs, initiate actions that increase customer activity, long-term relationships and sales.

Responsibilities:
- Implement approved service development strategies;
- Ensure high-quality active B2C and B2B customer service (work with calls, emails, CRM system);
- Achieve set sales goals (including additional sales of goods and services);
- Manage orders and ensure their smooth implementation;
- Initiate contact with potential customers;
- Actively work with loyalty programs by presenting their benefits to customers, motivating customers to become active members of the programs;
- Analyze customer needs and provide feedback and suggestions that increase customer purchases, engagement and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Experience in active sales, customer service or similar roles (B2C, B2B);
- Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen and find the best solutions for customers;
- Result-oriented, proactive and able to plan work independently;
- Ability to motivate customers through value and long-term mutual cooperation; Initiative, energy and positivity;
- Advantage – experience working with loyalty programs or CRM systems.
