Nature of work
- Search for new customers and identification of business partners;
- Establishing initial contact with potential customers;
- Analysis of customer needs and consulting on proposed solutions;
- Preparation and presentation of commercial offers;
- Management of the sales process from the first contact to the closing of the deal (contract conclusion);
- Development of customer relationships and creation of long-term cooperation;
- Work with the CRM system and data administration.
Employee requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Ability to independently plan work and achieve goals;
- Desire to improve in the field of sales;
- Experience in sales is an advantage.
