- Active search for new customers and creation of long-term business relationships.
- Preparation of commercial offers, conducting negotiations and closing sales.
- Maintenance of existing customers and sales development.
- Analysis of customer needs and proposal of the most suitable solutions.
- Implementation of sales plans and achievement of results.
- Communication with Lithuanian and foreign customers by phone, e-mail and during meetings.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently plan and organize work.
- Orientation towards the implementation of sales goals and achieving results.
- Initiative, responsibility and an active approach to customer search.
Advantages:

- Experience in B2B sales administration, customer service, logistics or production.
- Experience working with CRM or other business management systems.
