What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for growing direct sales, attracting new customers, and effectively managing sales channels. The top priority in this position is to achieve tangible business results by ensuring consistent growth in orders and revenue.
Primary responsibilities
Plan and implement a direct sales strategy to ensure sales growth;
Create and manage direct sales offers and promotions;
Increase bookings through the hotel website and email marketing channels;
Develop a repeat guest segment and strengthen customer loyalty;
Collect, maintain and expand the customer database;
Execute direct sales;
Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth sales process;
Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to increase bookings and sales;
Manage Google Ads (brand and non-brand) campaigns and analyze their effectiveness;
Organize and execute email marketing campaigns with clear commercial offers;
Administer the Booking.com account, oversee content, pricing and positioning;
Manage coupon platforms according to the established strategy and internal rules;
Ensure that prices charged on third-party platforms are not lower than those charged on direct sales channels.

Requirements
At least 2 years of work experience in hotel, SPA or hospitality sales (advantage);
Ability to independently plan and organize work and make decisions;
Results-oriented, analytical thinking and responsibility for achieved goals;
Experience working with digital marketing and sales tools would be an advantage.
