Nature of work

We are looking for a motivated, responsible and result-oriented sales manager to join our team and advise clients on solar power solutions.

This position is intended for someone who is able not only to establish a relationship with the client, but also to professionally assess their needs, calculate the most suitable solution and present its benefits and long-term value in a reasoned manner.

Primary responsibilities

Active search for new customers and work with incoming inquiries.
Consulting customers about solar power plant kits, their installation and payback.
Preparing individual commercial offers.
Calculating the required power plant parameters based on the customer's electricity consumption and the characteristics of the facility.
Conducting negotiations and completing sales transactions.
Maintaining contact with customers throughout the project implementation.
Filling in the CRM (Hanna) system and administering the sales process.

Employee requirements

You have successful sales experience (B2C or B2B sales).
You are able to independently analyze information, perform calculations and make informed decisions.
You speak and write Lithuanian fluently, and are able to prepare clear, correct and professional commercial proposals.
You are communicative, responsible and result-oriented.
You are able to present more complex technical solutions in an argumentative manner in understandable language.
You know how to plan your time and organize your work effectively.
You have a category B driver's license.
