Currently, the company is growing and strengthening its team, so we invite a sales manager to join us in Kaunas.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active search for clients in Kaunas and Panevėžys regions. Proactive search for new sales methods and servicing client inquiries (leads).
- Leasing transaction management: from the first contact to signing the contract.
- Organization of commercial premises inspections. The company has a strong focus on live meetings.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and consulting in case of problems.
- Filling and updating client and transaction data in the CRM system.
- Cooperation with marketing, IT and other teams.

- Salary 2440 - 2810 EUR (before taxes) + bonuses. The company provides good conditions for earning.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in B2B sales and/or real estate rental (advantage).
- English language skills – you will communicate with Latvian and Polish colleagues.
- Psychological resilience and ability to work productively alone.
- Results orientation and motivation to achieve set goals.
