Nature of work

  • Search for new customers and actively establish contacts;
  • Sales of terminal services: loading, unloading, warehousing and product labeling;
  • Preparation of commercial offers, coordination of prices and conditions and negotiations with customers;
  • Coordination of the sales process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract;
  • Analysis of market and customer needs, search for new business opportunities;
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company, ensuring smooth provision of services to customers.

Employee requirements

  • Similar experience in B2B sales;
  • Activity, initiative and result orientation;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to independently search for new customers and develop long-term business relationships;
  • Good understanding of logistics processes and the transport market;
  • Knowledge of the Central Asian market is a great advantage;
  • Experience in selling rail freight services is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian;
  • Good computer skills.
