SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join the SRS Metal team. We manufacture non-standard metal products, commercial equipment and conveyors. We are looking for someone who is able to understand customer needs, prepare commercial offers and coordinate orders from the first inquiry to product delivery.

Communication with existing customers and search for new business customers;
Analysis of customer inquiries, clarification of needs and technical requirements;
Preparation of commercial offers in cooperation with designers and the production team;
Negotiations with customers on prices, order conditions and delivery terms;
Transfer of order information to production, monitoring of execution progress and informing customers;
Maintenance of long-term relationships with customers.

You have experience in sales or working with business customers;
You are able to clarify customer needs, clearly present the offer and negotiate;
You have technical understanding and are interested in production processes;
You can communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken;
You are able to independently plan work and simultaneously administer several orders;
You work carefully, adhere to agreements and communicate responsibly with customers and colleagues.

Advantages:

Experience in selling metal products, equipment or manufacturing services;
Ability to read technical drawings;
Knowledge of metal processing and production processes.
