Sales Manager

We invite you to join the rapidly growing company "Jara Group", specializing in technical insulation, welding, scaffolding. We are expanding our team and are looking for an active, result-oriented sales professional to join us, who will help us strengthen our positions in target European markets.
In your work, you will be responsible for:

• Active search for new clients (B2B and EPC contractors) and establishing contacts in priority European countries.
• Regular visits to clients in their countries: discussing projects, maintaining long-term relationships and strengthening partnerships.
• Comprehensive coordination of the sales process: from analyzing inquiries, preparing proposals, negotiating to signing contracts.
• Following market trends, identifying new business opportunities and providing development proposals.
• Representing client interests within the company - both in ongoing projects and when participating in tenders.
• Achieving sales goals and actively contributing to the implementation of the company's growth strategy.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in international B2B sales, especially in engineering solutions or industrial sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level); knowledge of Norwegian and/or German is a great advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work with clients from different cultures.
• Computer literacy for working with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Driver's license;
