Active search for new B2B customers and direct communication with the heads of manufacturing companies.
Regular visits to existing and potential customers at their production facilities.
Audit of packaging processes in "field" conditions: assessment of material yield and efficiency calculations.
Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations on contract terms and margin maintenance.
Development of long-term relationships with large manufacturers and constant monitoring of their needs.

Employee requirements
Successful active sales experience (priority – industrial, logistics or construction sectors).
“Hunter” mentality: the ability to independently “open doors” and achieve results.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to argue value through economic calculations.
Independence in planning routes and focusing the working day on sales goals.
Driver's license (category B) and the willingness to spend most of the working time on the road.
Discipline, perseverance and orientation towards a real monetary result.
