Nature of work
Actively seek new clients (B2B and EPC contractors) in targeted European markets.
Participate in business missions, international exhibitions, conferences and meetings with potential partners.
Regularly visit clients in their countries – discuss projects, strengthen partnerships and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Analyze client needs and provide individual, value-creating solutions.
Coordinate the entire sales process – from analyzing inquiries, submitting offers, negotiating and adjusting commercial terms to signing contracts.
Follow market trends, identify new opportunities and provide proposals for development.
Cooperate with project managers, technical departments and management to ensure an effective flow of information.
Represent client interests within the company both during ongoing projects and tenders.
Prepare sales reports, analyze results and propose improvement solutions.
You will achieve sales goals and contribute to the implementation of the company's growth strategy.

Employee requirements
You have at least 1 year of experience in international B2B sales (engineering projects or industrial sales sectors).
You are an excellent communicator and negotiator, able to work with clients from different cultures.
You speak English fluently (other languages are an advantage).
You are able to independently plan your time, travel and work priorities.
You understand the specifics of selling technical solutions (advantage – technical education or experience with engineering products).
You have a driver's license and are ready to travel abroad (~30–50% of working time).
Language skills: English B2, French and/or German (any level) – an advantage.
